3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Shop
Simply complete the purchase from any of the participating shop with Redempo. For a full list of shops / malls, refer to LINK here.
Step 2: Snap a Photo of Receipt
Take a photo of the receipt using the Scan feature in the app. If the receipt is too long, simply fold it in so it fitted nicely into the frame.
Step 3: Upload and Earn Points
Our staffs will verify it and credit the points into your account. Accumulate the points and redeem for your Cashback or product. That’s all.

How do I earn cash back?
Find the “scan” button in the app, select the corresponding mall and shop you purchased from. Take a photo of the receipt or upload a photo of it from gallery.
Points will be auto credited to your account after verification.
How do I cash out?
You can choose to cash out via PayNow using mobile number.
What receipts do not earn cash back?
- Illegible or unclear receipts, such as receipts that are blurry or faded, or receipts that have missing or incomplete information.
- Handwritten receipts
- Incomplete receipts
- Expired receipts (more than 14 days old from date of purchase)
- Non-retail receipts, such as receipts from banks, ATM machines, and other financial institutions.
- Receipts that have already been submitted or are duplicates of previous submissions.
- Receipts that do not meet Redempo’s eligibility requirements, such as receipts from prohibited or restricted stores, or receipts that do not meet minimum purchase amounts.
It’s important to note that Redempo’s list of ineligible receipts may vary depending on the mall, store, or other factors.
