How can I earn from referrals?

Apart from scanning the receipts and earning points, you can also earn money by sharing referral codes with your friends.

Here’s how you can do it.

  • Login to your Redempo account from the mobile application.
  • Access the dashboard, and scroll down, there you will the referral code.
  • Send this referral code to your friends, and earn points on every successful referral. 
In order to get the points, how old the receipt should be?

The receipt shouldn’t be more than 14 days old.

What receipts do not qualify for points?

The following receipts do not qualify for points

  • Receipts previously used by you or another user.
  • Lottery tickets of any sort.
  • Credit card slips
  • Pictures of electronic receipts
  • Pictures of receipts taken off or from another electronic device.
  • Hand written receipts
  • Receipts not in English
  • Paying of bills via proxy (Paying telco bills via 7-11)
  • Receipts from non-participating shops (To be enforced at a later stage)
How long does it take to credit the points to your wallet?

It will take about 2–3 working days to verify your receipts and credit the points to your wallet.

How your points are determined?

Every $10 spent at any participating shop is equivalent to 1 point, while the minimum amount spent on any receipt is $20.

How about the amount determined?

System will only accept the actual final amount being paid for, after using Voucher (of any kind), Rebate etc.

For example, if a bill in Restaurant A cost $50, and you have choose to use a $10 Voucher to offset from $50, ended up paying $40.

System will recognized $40 as the final eligible amount to be converted to points.,

How long does it take to redeem my cashback or items?

After redeeming your points from the wallet, it will take 7 – 10 working days in transferring to your payment details. In the case of items, please make sure that your mobile number/address is correct during the redeeming process.

What if my receipt is too long to be captured?

If your receipt is too long to capture, then you can simply fold it so it fits nicely into the camera frame while scanning. The main things that should be readable from the image are the name of the mall, shop, total amount spent, and the date of the recipient.

Where do I see my point’s history?

Here’s how you can see your point’s history.

  • Access the dashboard of your account, and click on the scan button in the middle of the down-bar.
  • On, the next page, you will point history option in the top-right corner of the page.

 

Where can I see my current points?

Your current points are mentioned on the top of your dashboard, just below your username.

What are different cash-out options?

Right now, there is only PayNow Mobile.

You can choose the bank, gift card or PayPal as a cash-out option at a later stage.

How to withdraw from my wallet?

Follow these steps to withdraw from your wallet.

  • Click on the horizontal three-dots button in the bottom bar.
  • On the next page, click on the profile option.
  • Again, a new page will be opened, scroll down and click on Cash Out Option.
  • If you haven’t attached the cash-out option yet, then click on the Cash Out Option from the list, and add your payment details for the acceptable cash-out options.
  • Now, you can make a wallet withdrawal request to get the money at your selected cashout option.

Do note that you need to have a minimum of $6 in wallet to cashout via PayNow.

I’ve cashed out at wrong payment information, can you revert it back?

No, Redempo is not responsible for any wrongly submitted payment details.

What is the process of scanning the receipt?

Here’s how you can scan the receipt.

  • Click on the scan option in the middle of the down-bar.
  • Now, you need to select the mall and then the shop from where you recently shopped and have the receipt.
  • Then, click on the red-coloured scan now button and the camera will be opened. Now, make sure that you take a clear image of a receipt and that all the text is readable.
  • Now, our team will verify your receipt and credit the points to your wallet.

If our mobile app is unable to read your receipt, you will have to option to enter the details manually when prompted.

I can’t see my mall in options during scanning the receipt.

While scanning the receipt, If the mall or shops are not available in the list, then most probably they are not on board yet.

What is the limit of points that can be earned in a day?

There is a point limit of 200 that can be earned within a day.

System will also allow a maximum of 2000 points per day, on a first come first serve basis.
